EASTER EGG HUNT - APRIL 3, 2010
The Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., at the Preschool Park.
ANNUAL YARD SALE - JUNE 12, 2010
It's time!!! Our annual yard sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 12th, 2010. RAIN OR SHINE. The sale will be advertised to run from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Each resident is responsible for his/her own sale but the advertising will be provided by the Association. Please call Cathie Clawson at 360-286-2191 with any additional questions.
ANNUAL DUMPSTER DAY - JUNE 26, 2010
The time has come for our annual dumpster event. Residents of PWE can take advantage of disposing of items that cannot fit into their trashcans. ID with address will be required. Homeowner's dues must be current. The dumpsters will be available on Saturday, June 26, between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon (unless the dumpsters fill up earlier). The following items cannot be accepted: Yard waste, liquid paint, oil, tires, roofing materials, car parts, combustible items, pesticides, cleaning fluids, asbestos, TV's, computer monitors, large appliances, concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick, rock, or any item over 8 feet.
ADDITIONAL NOTES OF INTEREST
Several Homeowners have not yet paid their HOA dues for the year. Dues must be paid in full (dues + late fees) by April 15, 2010 to avoid having a lien placed on the property at an additional cost of $124 to the homeowner. If there is a problem, please contact Arlene Crowe to discuss arrangements.
Please do not leave food or garbage out, this attracts unwanted wild life in our neighborhood. Please be considerate.
